Multi-trade Property Improvements was asked to do roof repairs and felt gutter repairs. Below is the outline of the job we were ask to complete.
Felt gutter repair
Clean moss twigs and leaf’s from felt gutter.
Repair with new felt as required
Reform lead flashing at edge of roof.
Apply two coats of bitumen coating.
Remove all waste materials on completion of works.
Roof repairs
Clean moss twigs and leaf’s from gutter.
Repair slates as required.
Remove patches of moss from slates.
Dispose of all waste materials on completion of works.
