External Decorating

A large property in Kilmacolm was externally decorated with windows by Multi-trade Property Improvements. We had to hire an elevated platform, and the project took 12 days to complete, three days within the client's scope.

Prepare windows as required, scrapers, sandpaper, mechanically abrade, and epoxy filler to decaying wood. Touch up bare wood and apply two coats of external paint to all windows. Multi-trade also unblocked gutters and repaired a length of facia board at no additional cost.
